- Three (3) high capacity 30,000 BTU burners, with red tube flame spreaders that create a large heat transfer area for reliable, even heat distribution.
- Durable temperature probe detects temperature changes and enables rapid burner response.
- Temperature from 200°F to 400°F.
- Millivolt security control system included.
- Large cold zone and forward-sloping bottom allow sediment to be collected and removed to preserve oil quality and facilitate routine cleaning.
- Integral 1 ¼” drain valve.
- 2 fryer baskets included.
