Product Description
- The CMA Model UC-50E is a high-temperature commercial undercounter dishwasher and glasswasher engineered with double-skin stainless steel construction for quiet operation and efficient heat retention.
- It achieves a maximum operational capacity of up to 30 racks (120 covers) per hour with selectable cycle times of 120 or 180 seconds.
- Water consumption is exceptionally economical at just 0.8 US gallons per rack, requiring a wash temperature of 155°F–160°F and a sanitizing final rinse of 180°F–195°F.
- Electrical configurations include available 208V (1-phase, 27 Amps) or 240V (1-phase, 30 Amps) options, integrating a built-in 6 kW booster heater and a 2.7 kW wash tank heater.
- Compact dimensions measure 23-7/16 inches wide, 24 inches deep, and 33-5/8 to 34-3/8 inches adjustable height, providing a generous 13-inch maximum loading height clearance.
- Standard built-in features include upper and lower wash/rinse arms, built-in detergent and rinse chemical pumps, a pumped drain, and a triple filtering protection system.
