Product Description
- The compact and simple design of the OVH-10 ventless hood eliminates the need for expensive roof modifications and the hassle of dealing with multiple contractors for separate hood and electrical systems.
- Our one-of-a-kind, stainless steel, recirculating hood can be used with specific UL listed appliances and incorporates our proven 3-stage electrostatic air cleaning system. It effectively meets requirements for grease-laden vapor removal on a variety of foodservice equipment in many applications.
- The hood consists of a standard 3-stage air purification system ... 4th stage optional.
- Stainless steel baffle filter traps large grease particles.
- Electrostatic air cleaner (EAC) negatively charges smaller particulate, allowing it to be electrostatically collected on fins within the cell.
- Disposable charcoal filter helps eliminate cooking odors.
- UV lamp provides ultimate air cleaning.
