- Stainless steel construction.
- Non stick - Cast iron plates with ceramic coating treatment. Plate won't chip or peel, is extremely tough and long lasting.
- Thermostat adjustable to 572 F. Large panini models have two adjustable thermostats which enables to use plates separately.
- Self Balancing Upper Plate - Automatically adjust to the thickness of the food product and stays in place.
- Hinge mechanism is adjustable with an allen key without removing the spring cover.
- Grease Drawer - Front mounted and easy to remove.
- Spring Cover - Easy to remove.
- Heating Elements - 2 shock proof, coated heating elements.
