- Jet burner with an "L" shaped adjustable gas valve for precise flame control.
- Anti-clogging jet burner with 18 or 28 tips for consistent performance.
- Burner outputs available: 95,000 BTU (28 kW) or 125,000 BTU (37 kW).
- Cone-shaped flame design delivers intense heat ideal for wok cooking.
- Stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams for durability and easy cleaning.
- Pilot ignition system ensures reliable operation.
- Gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit.
- Optional 5" caster legs available: HA-CAST-WOK (set of 4).
- Optional gas hose kit available: SIF-HG-4D-48SEL.
