- Available in Natural Gas or Propane with LP conversion kit included.
- Sturdy construction designed for demanding commercial cooking applications.
- Simple user-friendly controls for reliable operation.
- Multiple cooking combinations including manual or thermostatic griddle, charbroiler, and hot plate burners on top with a static oven below.
- Top burners deliver 30,000 BTU each.
- Charbroiler provides 35,000 BTU per 12" section.
- Manual or thermostatic griddle provides 30,000 BTU per 12" section.
- Static oven delivers 33,000 BTU heating capacity.
- Oven thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 500°F (93°C to 232°C).
- Stainless steel front and back riser with lift-off high shelf included.
- Oven interior features porcelain-coated side guides and bottom for durability and easy cleaning.
- Gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit.
