- Available in Natural Gas or Propane with conversion kit included.
- Sturdy construction designed for demanding commercial cooking applications.
- Simple user-friendly controls for easy operation.
- Multiple top configurations including manual griddle, charbroiler, and hot plate burners combined with a static oven below.
- Top burners deliver 30,000 BTU each.
- Charbroiler delivers 35,000 BTU per 12" section.

- Oven thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 500°F (93°C to 232°C).

- Oven interior features porcelain-coated side guides and bottom for durability and easy cleaning.
- Gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit.
