Product Description
- Models: HPC50-N (Natural Gas) and HPC50-P (Propane).
- 50 lb commercial open pot pasta cooker.
- Available in Natural Gas or Propane configuration.
- Open pot structure that transfers heat to plates using highly efficient burners.
- Supports a variety of basket configurations.
- Intense heat rapidly heats the water inside the tank.
- Snap-action millivolt control located behind the door.
- Does not require an electric connection.
- Temperature control ranges from 86°F to 257°F (30°C to 125°C).
- Over-temperature protection set at 260°F (127°C) that automatically cuts off gas.
- Four adjustable stainless-steel legs.
- Large cold zone that captures and holds particles, reducing taste transfer.
- Wastewater drain connection: 1" Male NPT.
- Water connection: 1/2" Male NPT.
- Units are not supplied with gas conversion kits.
- Gas type must be selected before ordering.
- Gas hose kit available for purchase: SIF-HG-4D-48SEL.
