- 1" thick griddle plate with continuous, even heat output.
- Heavy-duty stainless-steel construction with fully stainless-steel cabinet.
- Thermostat temperature range: 200°F – 450°F (93°C – 232°C).
- Cool-to-the-touch stainless steel front edge for added operator safety.
- Operator-friendly control knobs for easy use.
- Adjustable stainless steel non-skid feet for stable placement.
- Fully welded back and side splash guards attached to the griddle plate.
- Removable 4½-quart grease drawer with weep hole for quick cleaning.
- Shipped standard in Natural Gas with LP conversion kit included.
- Gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit.
- Optional gas hose kit available: SIF-HG-4D-48SEL.
