Product Description
- Available models: HFS40-N / HFS50-N / HFS75-N (Natural Gas) and HFS40-P / HFS50-P / HFS75-P (Propane).
- Fryer capacities: 40 lb (3 tube), 50 lb (4 tube), and 75 lb (5 tube).
- Available in Natural Gas or Propane configuration.
- Snap-action millivolt thermostat control located behind the door; no electric connection required.
- Each burner delivers 30,000 BTU/h (8.8 kW).
- Temperature control range: 200°F – 400°F (93°C – 205°C).
- Over-temperature protection at 450°F (232°C) automatically cuts off gas supply.
- Four adjustable stainless steel legs; casters available as an optional accessory.
- Twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles included.
- 1¼" full-port drain valve for fast and complete oil draining.
- Units are not supplied with gas conversion kits.
- Gas type must be selected prior to ordering.
- Optional accessories sold separately, including casters, tank covers, and side splash guards.
- Gas hose kit available for purchase: SIF-HG-4D-48SEL.
