Product Description
- Model: HFS50-ELC – 50 lb open pot electric fryer.
- Designed for affordable, all-purpose commercial frying.
- 50 lb oil capacity.
- 15.26 kW high-efficiency heating elements.
- Full oil-contact heating elements for maximum heat absorption and faster recovery.
- Frying area: 14" x 16.7" (357 x 425 mm).
- Snap-action thermostat with temperature range 86°F – 374°F (30°C – 190°C).
- 1¼" (32 mm) full-port drain valve for quick and complete oil draining.
- 6" (153 mm) adjustable stainless-steel legs with 1½" height adjustment.
- No cord or plug supplied; unit must be hardwired at installation.
- Electrical connection through rear junction box.
- Requires minimum 6" clearance on both sides and rear adjacent to combustible construction.
