- 36" commercial cheese melter.
- Available in Natural Gas or Propane configuration.
- Stainless steel front and sides.
- High-output infrared burner rated at 35,000 BTU (Natural Gas) and 32,000 BTU (Propane).
- Standing pilot ignition system.
- Full-width broiler pan included.
- 3/4" rear gas connection with regulator.
- 4" adjustable height stainless steel non-skid legs included for countertop operation.
- Gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit.
- Natural Gas or LP gas conversion kit included.
- Ready-to-mount over any 36" to 60" ranges; mounting kit available for purchase: PVHA010116.
- Direct wall mounting kit available for purchase: PVHA010114.
