- Its thirteen burners provide 195,000 BTU of standard heating capacity and 260,000 BTU at high output.
- The 60-inch cooking surface offers 1,404 square inches of broiling area with three steel floating rod grates.
- Each grate arrangement supports four separate tilting positions for flexible cooking and temperature adjustment.
- Stainless steel construction throughout the interior, exterior, and combustion chamber provides commercial durability and easy cleaning.
- The charbroiler incorporates stainless steel radiants, a continuously lit crossover pilot tube, and a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection.
