Product Description
- Gentle, radiant Halo Heat technology evenly surrounds food without the use of extremely hot elements, added humidity or fans.
- Controlled, uniform heat maintains precise temperatures throughout the cooking and holding process.
- Cook by time or probe with Simple or Deluxe controls.
- Probes sense internal product temperature and automatically convert the oven from cook mode to hold mode once set parameters have been reached.
- Place anywhere with a ventless, waterless design that requires no water hookups or traditional kitchen hood.
- All Alto-Shaam Cook and Hold Ovens are EPA 202 Certified ventless.
- Includes two stainless steel side racks with fifteen pan positions spaced 1-7/16 inches on centers.
- Accommodates 8 full-size pans or 16 half-size pans on wire shelves.
- Cooking temperature range from 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Holding temperature range from 85 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
