Wall Canopy Hoods
Coming in two variations, a wall canopy hood Type I is used over cooking equipment to remove heat, smoke and grease-laden effluent, while Type II is used to capture heat and/or condensate from non-grease producing appliances. If you have a low ceiling, an optional sloped front is available on Type I.
The ND-2 series is a type I, wall canopy hood for use over 450°F, 600°F and 700°F cooking surface temperatures.
The SND-2 series is a type I, sloped wall canopy hood for use over 400°F and 600°F cooking surface temperatures.
The VHB Series is CaptiveAire’s Premier Type II, Exhaust Only hood to be used over equipment not producing grease laden vapours.
